The apartment is located in the Portova investment in the very center of Gdynia. The owners previously lived in Spain and this is probably the reason for the warm atmosphere in the interior, created thanks to the carefully composed color palette – pink, yellow ocher and terracotta combined the cooler shade of pistachio. The designer behind this project is Ela Sawicka from em2 so some impressive, custom-designed furniture units had to appear. Such as the RTV segment, which reminds me of retro TV cabinets. I am also a big fan of the metal and glass partition separating the kitchen and the living area. This allows more light to enter the interior of the apartment, and the ornamental glass is an interesting decorative accent.
In the text describing the project in the album &Living Label Magazine, the interior was compared to a sponge cake with pistachio cream and that’s a fair remark 🙂
