At the beginning of the 20th century, Legionów Street was the address of many important cultural institutions but unfortunately since the time of World War I, it fell into ruin and oblivion, what caused that in the following decades it gained bad fame and became an infamous fragment on the map of Łódź. However, in recent years, thanks to the excellent location and stunning historical buildings, Legionów St. attracts more and more interesting residential and service investments, including also the revitalization of the old, very neglected tenements. It is here where this small studio flat is located and which interior was designed by the architect Jakub Szczęsny.
