Simplicity, plywood and plenty of space for creativity – this is how you could briefly describe the apartment that architect Mateusz Jóźwiak from Photon Studio designed for himself and his partner, a designer of digital products. „My goal was to obtain a spacious, utilitarian space in which the geometry and the naturalness of the materials would play the first fiddle” – notes the designer. He began arranging the apartment by removing most of the original partition walls, and he separated individual rooms with the use of light birch plywood buildings, creating the impression of a „box in a box”.
